Whistleblower Reporting

Coastalbridge is committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct and ethical behavior in all of our business activities, as well as to fostering a culture of honesty and integrity, compliance, and good corporate governance. Coastalbridge encourages the reporting of suspected unethical, illegal, fraudulent, or undesirable conduct involving Coastalbridge activities and provides protections and measures so that those persons who make a report, may do so confidentially and without fear of intimidation, disadvantage, or reprisal.

Coastalbridge’s Whistleblower Protection Policy is located on both our intranet and extranet, available to Coastalbridge employees and other external persons wishing to use it. The policy outlines the reporting process, including how we will support individual concerns, how to lodge a report, the protection rights available and details regarding the investigation procedures.
